Order & Returns

Once you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email immediately. On the day we ship your order, you’ll receive a Shipping Notification Email with tracking information.

We guarantee that all fish will arrive alive and in healthy condition. If a fish arrives deceased, please follow these steps to request a credit or refund:
  -   Take a clear photo of the fish, removed from the bag and placed on a clean, visible surface.
  -   Submit the photo within 2 hours of receiving the package.
Our team will review your request and respond promptly. To ensure the safety of your fish, please make sure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.

Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Ordering from Onlyfins

The photos on our website are typically of adult fish showing their maximum color and size. Fish shipped may appear stressed due to travel, which can cause their color to be less vibrant. Allow 1-2 days (or occasionally more) for your fish to acclimate to their new environment, and you will see their color return. During this time, they may not eat, so be careful not to overfeed, as uneaten food can affect water quality.
